Charlotte Baker is a family law barrister at 4 Paper Buildings and co-founder of Not in my Classroom.

NiMC works with teachers to provide practical and effective training on safeguarding students at risk of forced marriage. It focusses on ensuring teachers understand the complexities of forced marriage within the new legislative framework, so that they are able to identify potential warning signs and respond appropriately.

Along with IKWRO and Youth for Change, NiMC organized the first National Schools’ Conference on Combatting “Honour” Based Violence in October 2016.
