RACHAEL CURZONS is the COO of Fearless Futures. Fearless Futures engages young women in critical thought to understand and challenge the root causes of inequalities and to grow powerful new leadership for transformative change. Fearless Futures places systemic inequality at the centre of its work, delivers multi-week learning and is committed to peer power! Originally from the North-West, Rachael has always been fascinated by gender, and is particularly intrigued by its intersection with regional identity. Rachael leads the management of Fearless Futures' unique schools programmes across London, Manchester and the North East across programme design, delivery and impact measurement. She has a BA in English from King’s College London, an MA in Education, and an MSt in Literature and History from University of Oxford.
