Stephanie Janatti

Fitness has been a way of life for Stephanie from the age of 4 with experience in dance, martial arts, group exercise and weightlifting, Her passion for fitness goes beyond just training. Stephanie also enjoys sharing her knowledge to help others achieve goals through their journey. After having a baby in 2o16, she has learned even more about the human body and what it’s capable of and believes it has only added value to her skills as a trainer, especially when helping new mums with their fitness goals.
