Dr Lilia Giugni is a researcher at the Cambridge Centre for Social Innovation at the Cambridge Judge Business School, where she researches and teaches matters of gender, including sex and consent education, gender-based violence, gender and organised crime. Lilia is also the co-founder and CEO of GenPol (Gender and Policy Insights), a think tank consultancy researching gender issues and advocating for gender equality. She holds a PhD in Politics from the University of Cambridge, and has worked and studied in Italy, France, Vietnam, and the UK. Lilia is also the chair of the Italian feminist magazine and campaign organisation F Come, and a co-founder of the Italian feminist community Rebel Network.
